Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, the following return conditions apply.

Return Window

Customers may request a return within 3 days of receiving the product.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused

  • The product must be sealed in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
